Breakfast spread: The sweet and savory buffet at the hotel is like discovering a hidden treasure of flavors. From the flaky croissants to the assortment of cold cuts and cheeses, each bite is a delightful surprise that will tickle your taste buds and leave you satisfied for the day.
Limited breakfast options: The only downside is the lack of variety in the breakfast selection. The breads are a bit on the harder side and finding a decent croissant without a sweet filling can be a challenge.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location
Very thin walls, you can hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the corridor.

One of the advantages in our opinion :. 1. There are Russian speaking staff. Timur works in shifts, everything was very correct and clear... 2. The room was neat and comfortable, the windows went out into the courtyard, so we were quiet. 3. Shampoo gel, hair dryer, shower cabin - in general standard, without frills, but we had enough. Because sometimes the shampoo is disastrously minuscule in the tubes... 4. It's 10 steps to the market. 5. Next door is a chic cozy cafe where we ate delicious grilled meat. 6. We walked 7 minutes to Bologna subway station. 7. This line is very convenient to get to the station (we then took the train to Florence, to the Vatican, the Colosseum. 8. Breakfast is European, but we even brought strawberries. I don't know about the others, I was fine until lunch...
No such thing.

The location is very close to the subway, 2 stops from Termini. The safe neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants with reasonable prices. Perfect wifi. Very good breakfast area. Complete breakfast with natural orange juice, with salty (sausages and cheese), sweet (pastries, jams, cakes, etc), with freshly made pancakes and waffles. All kinds of coffee, bed with a firm mattress, TV with a smartphone, international TV and 24h. Friendly and attentive staff. Bathroom with bath and bidet. That's right.
We stayed 5 days and for so many days we were given a slightly smaller room (12 m2 more or less). We would have liked, since we were going so many days, a slightly larger one. They have to improve the cleaning of the floors. In the days we were there we think they didn't clean the floor. That has to be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the bus station and the metro - making it very easy to explore the city. Despite being in a quiet suburb, there were plenty of authentic and inexpensive dining options nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities including toiletries and free coffee.

It is close to all the interesting sites in the city. Also the breakfast was of a good quality and btw, a very nice terrace.
Rooms smelled like cigarettes - Personnel said that the reason was that the previous passenger was a smoker and they can do nothing to fix the problem. Also, the receptionist told us that there was only place to have dinner close to the hotel and gave us a business card to get there and explained also how to go. When we walked a bit, we found that there were plenty of restaurants all over the block. It seems that it usually happens in Italy that receptionists used to recommend certain restaurants, and my opinion is that they might get a commission or benefit for that. In any case, this specific receptionist was ready to lie in order to get his commission.

Great hotel for the money...you will walk to almost everything though with the closest Metro station a little less than a mile away. It is in the "locals" part of town near the university. Wonderful gelato nearby! Staff was very good!

We loved the convenient location near the subway, making transportation around this city easy. The cleanliness of the hotel and spacious rooms, along with the lovely balcony in our room, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated the complementary coffee and charger in the room, and the self-serve breakfast with a nice view on the top floor was delicious and convenient. The staff were also great - helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Over Easter, we stayed in a hotel in a great location with easy access to local shops and attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a good selection of toiletries. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was very poor and kept cutting out, making it difficult to stay connected. there was quite a bit of noise in the early morning from other guests and staff moving around, which made it difficult to sleep in.

The location is good, not far from "Bologna" underground station.
Breakfast is poor, far from standards expected by a 4-star hotel.

Clean sheets and towels and good breakfast.
If you open the windows for fresh air it becomes very noisy in the morning.
